We finally left for vacation on Thursday. Joyce (Eddie's mom)went with us. We pulled out of our driveway in a van loaded to the brim with people and luggage. What lie ahead of us was a 13 hour trip to Fort Meyers, FL. We arrived at 3am FL time and we were exhausted.
After a little sleep we headed off to the beach on Sanibel Island. It was beautiful. The beach was full of shells and not many people. We had a lovely, lazy day.
Didn't take many pics, but enjoy these two.

Take me away, Zephyr winds (Hills, actually). It was a beatiful day at the beach. Loved it.

These pictures makes me want to go to Sanibel Island. The sand is so white it almosts blinds you.
I am glad the Sloan had a good vacation.
