I know it's been a week since my last post. Michele, you probably thought I dropped off the wagon. It's just been a busy week. Camp Meeting was over on Friday night and I think we slept off and on the entire weekend. It was wonderful.
Something even more wonderful happened on Sunday night...My little buddy, Lincoln got the Holy Ghost for the first time. He prayed in the altar for over an hour. Some very special people prayed with him, including some of his little friends. It was the most precious thing...I'll never forget the look on his face. What a great God we serve. He had a ball calling all his family letting them know about it.
This week we have been getting ready for our 'little' vacation as Lincoln calls it. We leave in the morning for the St.Louis Zoo and then on to Holiday World and then to visit some friends on the weekend. We are all very excited about this trip. And don't worry, I'll do a post everyday of our adventures.

Have an awesome vacation in my favorite city! It is so wonderful that Lincoln received the Holy Ghost! God truly is a great God!
So sorry we could not come to murfreesboro since there were only two families running our tent! I had an awesome b-day and 49 ain't so bad! Our sales put our savings up to the amount we needed to purchase pew chairs so we are on our way! Combined with last years sales we earned enough for most of the funds for them! God is great! He always provides!

Girl, how did I miss the news on Lincoln?That is wonderful. I saw him praying so hard Sunday night.It was so sweet. To bad they can't be that sweet all the time.Anyway, I am so happy for you guys and I will be praying for Lincoln. I can't wait to tell Grant.
